Will Chris Brown's money and Rihanna's silence save him?

The cloak of great wealth and what it affords, namely expensive defense attorneys and the fact his girlfriend is keeping mum on a vicious assault may just save Chris Brown from any repercussions from his "alleged" attack on Rihanna.

Brown told Rihanna he was "going to beat the sh*t out of you when we get home."

This was not the first time Brown "tuned up" Rihanna.

The LAPD is releasing affidavits that confirm Brown used life-threatening language against Rihanna, after she confronted him about a booty text he had received from another woman.

“I’m going to beat the s*** out of you when we get home! You wait and see!” That’s what Chris Brown yelled at Rihanna during the altercation that occurred in their rented Lamborghini, according to the Search Warrant And Affidavit obtained by “Extra.”

Cops claim Brown attempted to push Rihanna out of the car and “shoved her head against the passenger window…causing an approximate one inch raised circular contusion.” While driving, Brown “continued to punch her in the face”– with one hand on the steering wheel, the other one hitting her, causing Rihanna’s  “mouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle.”

The Search Warrant and Affidavit also claims that Brown nearly choked Rihanna into unconsciousness stating, “Brown began applying pressure to [her] left and right carotid arteries causing her to be unable to breathe and she began to lose conscious.” The cops claim Rihanna tried “to gouge his eyes in an attempt to free herself. Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and then released her.” Rihanna’s screams alerted the neighbors who eventually called the cops.

During this alleged altercation, cops claim Rihanna called her assistant, but when she failed to answer, left a fake message saying, “I’m on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there.” Brown reportedly yelled, “You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now, I’m really going to kill you!” The document states that while continuing to punch Rihanna, Brown grabbed her cell phone and threw it out the window.

According to the document, the argument was sparked when Rihanna “observed a three page text message from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with.”

Chris Brown’s court hearing is scheduled for later this afternoon.
