The lung ailment that has sent smallscreen actress Mariska Hargitay to the hospital has struck again.

Golden Globe winner Hargitay, 45, is still ailing from a mysterious lung ailment.

USMagazine.com received a statement from the "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" actress' publicist who says she was reinstated back in the hospital for a third time "after experiencing some discomfort relating to her earlier lung condition.

"She is undergoing routine tests and expects to be feeling better soon."

There is no official word on what exactly is causing the debilating lung ailment.

Her rep told USMagazine.com that her television series "production will not be affected."

Mariska Hargitay is the daughter of the late actress Jayne Mansfield and Hungarian bodybuilder and former Mr. Universe, Mickey Hargitay.

I bet it's a catamenial pneumothorax. Endometriosis is in the plueral cavity and everytime she gets her period her lung will collapse.
