Access Hollywood reported that Hilton was leaving the International House of Pancakes on Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood, Calif., just before 5 a.m. on Saturday when Michael Broadhurst, 50, allegedly pushed her from behind. Hilton was described as "extremely upset."A sheriff’s deputy inside the restaurant came out to investigate the fracas in the lot and found Hilton placing the man under a “private person’s arrest.”No word on how a woman probably not 115 pounds soaking wet was able to do this.Broadhurst has been ordered to appear in court on April 21, per Access Hollywood.
