Lily Allen is drunk "most of the time".
The 'Fear' singer claims she is often misrepresented, but not when it comes to her alcohol consumption.
She said: "I'm drunk most of the time. I'm normally drunk when I get on stage, but that's changing now. That was just the overbearing feeling last time I toured. Just drunkenness."
Lily has confirmed speculation she is considering quitting the music industry.
She said: "I can't live like that for much longer. It just does my head in. Also, on a relationship level, I can't really have a boyfriend when it's like this.
"I can't go to the shop and meet my friends for coffee. The small pleasures in life are completely eradicated."
Lily has also lashed out at society's "hypocritical" attitudes towards drugs.
The 23-year-old star added: "I'm not saying there are any good sides to drugs and drug taking. I just think people are very hypocritical about it.
"It's a much wider issue and as soon as you stop sensationalising something then it becomes less of a problem. "I think if people were a little bit more open and didn't have that guilt, maybe being around people on drugs would be a more pleasurable experience."
