The 27-year-old British TV presenter - who is dating 23-year-old American model-and-skateboarder Jesse Jenkins - says she has met 'The One' and is ready to start a family.
She said: "I've definitely met the love of my life. There are definitely people you're meant to meet and your soul is connected to. I'm very happy.
"I want kids really badly. I'd like to have three. But I don't want to settle down just yet - maybe in a year."
Although she is very happy in her new relationship, Fearne - who presented the backstage coverage at this week's BRIT Awards - admits she is a jealous lover.
She explained: "I think women can't help comparing themselves to other women. But I try not to worry about it or get caught up in that kind of thinking. I would never sneak around or go through people's texts - that type of thing. I'd rather confront someone and say, 'I've got an issue with this.' "
Fearne recently revealed she has been feeling broody since her close friend Holly Willoughby fell pregnant with her first child with husband Dan Baldwin.
She said: "I'm horribly broody. What is absolute torture for me is that my best friend is pregnant. I'm incredibly happy for her, but so disgustingly jealous at the same time. I want to be pregnant. The only way I can deal with this is by trying to get back at Holly. So I drink wine in front of her because she can't have any."
