Gavin Henson makes Charlotte Church eat right

Charlotte Church's boyfriend has banned junk food from their home to help her lose weight. British rugby star Gavin Henson is reportedly keen for Charlotte - who gave birth to the couple's second child, Dexter, on January 11 - to ditch her post-pregnancy pounds, but the 22-year-old singer is less determined to get back into shape.A source said: "Gavin has banned junk food from the house. But Charlotte's so stubborn. Despite moaning about being massive while pregnant, she doesn't seem too worried about shedding her weight now."The 'Crazy Chick' singer is also believed to be upset Gavin will be spending a lot of time training with the Welsh rugby team for the upcoming Six Nations rugby tournament - meaning he won't be at home as much to help her care for Dexter and their 16-month-old daughter Ruby.A source explained: "Her hormones are all over the place, so it will be really tough for her. She gets lonely in her big house when Gavin has to stay overnight for a match and worries about other women making advances."
