Soon she started flirting so I knew I could take the first steps and not be embarrassed, it was awesome."Josh, 29, was recently spotted wearing a racy belt buckle - featuring a blonde-haired, big-breasted nurse with her leg in the air beneath the caption, 'Wanna play Doctor?' - at the Callaway Golf Foundation's Celebrity Tournament in Los Angeles.He admitted Katherine was the inspiration behind the accessory.He said: "I bought it just because my girl plays a doctor in a TV show, she inspired me."
