The 2008 movie is up for Worst Picture at the spoof awards - full title the Golden Raspberry Awards, which gives prizes to the worst films of the year - while the 47-year-old actor is named in the Worst Actor category.
Other films nominated for the dubious accolade are 'Disaster Movie', 'Meet the Spartans', 'The Happening', 'The Hottie and the Nottie', 'In The Name of the King' and 'A Dungeon Siege Tale'.
Mike is battling it out against, among others, Eddie Murphy for 'Meet Dave', Al Pacino for '88 Minutes' and 'Righteous Kill' and Mark Wahlberg for 'The Happening' and 'Max Payne' in the Worst Actor category.
Paris Hilton has also failed to impress movie-goers after receiving three nods.
She has been included in the Worst Actress category for 'The Hottie and the Nottie' and the Worst Supporting Actress section for 'Repo! The Genetic Opera'.
The hotel heiress also features in the Worst Screen Couple group thanks to her appearance alongside either Christine Lakin or Jorel David in 'The Hottie and the Nottie'.
Some of Hollywood's leading ladies also get a mention, with Jessica Alba up for Worst Actress for her performance in 'The Love Guru'. She is up against Paris, Cameron Diaz for 'What Happens in Vegas', Kate Hudson for 'Fool's Gold' and 'My Best Friend's Girl'. The entire cast of 'The Women' - Annette Bening, Eva Mendes, Debra Messing, Jada Pinkett-Smith and Meg Ryan - have also been included.
The Golden Raspberry Awards are handed out annually as a counter to the Oscars, whose nominations are due to be announced today (22.01.09).
They were founded by copywriter and publicist John Wilson in 1981 and are determined by ballots sent to 687 voters in 45 US states and 19 other countries.
Lindsay Lohan and Eddie Murphy were last year's big winners, each being awarded three of the gold-sprayed tacky statuettes.
