Pink has nightmares about working at McDonalds.
The 'Sober' singer is still haunted by memories about her younger days, when she worked at the fast food chain in her hometown of Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
Pink - who at 16 signed to a top record label as a member of girl group Choice - said: "Sometimes I dream I am back there, broke and working at McDonalds.
"It's like the worst nightmare because I would never want to be back there. I've worked hard to get where I am."
Pink - real name Alicia Moore - went on to release her debut album 'Can't Take Me Home' aged 21, which sold over two million records and made her a global star.
However, her success has been tinged with bitter-sweet consequences.
Pink's recent single 'So What' became a number one in both the US and the UK, but was inspired by the breakdown of her marriage to motorbike rider Carey Hart.
Pink said: "It's amazing to be number one. But it's ironic that it took breaking-up to get there. It's a testament to how often people break-up, because everyone can relate to what I'm saying."
Pink and Carey recently announced they will divorce in February.
