Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are rumored to be kaput.
Broderick allegedly cheated on her with a younger woman, according to several tabloids, including Star.
Star magazine alleges that the Sex and the City icon is looking for new digs to live in New York City without him.
They claim she met a "midtown real estate broker" to arrange to find her new home.
An unnamed "friend" tells Star: "Sarah Jessica is determined to get her own place and bring down the curtain on her marriage." Another "friend" added: "Sarah's not stupid. She knows exactly what's going on. For a while it was easier for her to stay than go through a harsh divorce. They're essentially living separate lives."
The Star article claims the couple kept it together through the holdays for the sake of their six year-old son.
