Anastacia has never liked being famous.
The 'I'm Outta Love' singer - who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2003 - has warned young stars to be wary of the pitfalls of celebrity.
She said: "The C word is the hardest thing I've ever done and I'm not talking about cancer. I'm talking about my career.
"It can be so hard being famous. It's not even a love/hate thing for me as I've never loved it.
"It's tough, so I just say, 'Don't let fame take over your life.' "
The 40-year-old star - who has released four studio albums - recently revealed she doesn't like music and has never bought a CD.
She said: "This might sound unbelievable but I really don't like music. Music has never moved me. It doesn't do anything for me. To be honest, I find it irritating.
"I prefer silence to listening to a CD. Listening to music doesn't relax me and I find it hard to think straight when it's on. I've never bought a record in my life."

wow. what an idiot. im glad i never bought any of her CD or barely even knew her. people like P!nk are in the music business because of their love for music and people like britney spears are in it for the fame but this woman doesnt even love music. As a music lover, im disgusted with this Anastacia.
