Ambitious 'Billie Jean' sues Michael Jackson for Christmas
By April MacIntyre Dec 19, 2008, 20:04 GMT
A woman claiming to be the famed "Billie Jean" has sued Michael Jackson.
"Extra" has obtained what could be the oddest court papers ever filed in LA Superior court.
A woman calling herself Billie Jean Jackson is claiming be the mother of Michael Jackson's son, Prince Michael Jackson II, aka Blanket.
Yes, his name is really Blanket.
BJ says in a suit filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday that she wants joint legal and physical custody of the child. She also wants to participate in Blanket's education plus visits on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
BJ wants $1 billion dollars in support. No word on why lawsuits as ridiculous as this can be filed legally.

Blanket was born in 2002 and Jackson would not say the mother's identity, but has said the child was the result of artificial insemination from a surrogate mother and his sperm.
