Ortega / PR PhotosBuster Timothy Miller was born Wednesday in Los Angeles, clocking in at a hefty 9 lbs.Miller, 36, and Hicks, 35, who has appeared on The Shield, were married earlier this year. This is their first child. Miller was born in Kingston upon Thames, South West London, England. Among his many great film roles, Miller portrayed cyclist Graeme Obree in The Flying Scotsman.
