EPA/WARREN TODAThe “13 Going on 30” actor Mark Ruffalo’s brother is hairstylist Scott Ruffalo, 39, who is reportedly clinging to life at a Los Angeles hospital following a “suspicious shooting” in his Beverly Hills apartment, ET online reported.Police are not sure if Ruffalo is the victim of a criminal act, and there is an investigation underway, per ET Online.Mark Ruffalo also appeared in “The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind." He is directing an independent film, "Sympathy for Delicious," scheduled to go into production in 2009, with actor James Franco cast in the lead.Scott Ruffalo is listed in critical condition.
