The father-of-two is almost certain he will choose Jason over his other Take That bandmates - Gary Barlow and Howard Donald - because he is the most responsible.
Mark said: "I'm not 100 per cent sure who from the band I'm going to ask yet - if you ask one, you've got to ask the other two as well.
"But I think Jason will be the one. He was best man at his brother's wedding last weekend. Seeing how seriously he took his duties, I was blown away. Jason is really responsible, there will definitely be some money in the post every birthday and Christmas."
Mark's partner, Emma Ferguson, gave birth to healthy girl Willow Rose last month.
The star - who also has a two-year-old son Elwood Jack with Emma - is planning to baptise both children in a ceremony next year after the band's tour 'Take That present The Circus Live'.
Mark - who said he is becoming a "dab hand with dirty nappies" - also revealed his son helped select the track list for their new album 'The Circus'.
He added to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "We had between 20 and 30 tracks that needed to be cut down and Elwood gave his verdict on them all.
"His favourites are 'Greatest Day', 'The Garden' and 'Julie' - all the ones I feature in most heavily. I've brainwashed him."
