The British supermodel will travel to Miami to appear at the In Fashion Photo show - organised by Art Photo Expo Miami - where more than 50 pictures of her will be on display.
The 38-year-old beauty says the images tell the story of her life in modelling.
She explained: "It's my life basically. For me, each picture tells a different moment in my career and it's like a timeline."
However, Naomi - who revealed earlier this year she was considering retiring - insisted just because the show celebrates her career, it does not mean she has finished working the catwalk.
She added: "I love my job. I have had a great, great career. I am not doing this retrospective because I am over."
The exhibition - which features a total of 250 photographs - includes work from leading industry figures including Arthur Elgort, Albert Watson and Steven Meisel and runs from December 2 to 7.
Meanwhile, Naomi - who has previously said she hates the term "celebrity" and would prefer to be known simply as a model - has revealed she would love to host US TV comedy sketch show 'Saturday Night Live'.
She laughed: "I would love to just make fun of myself."
