The marriage that happened at a romantic Scottish castle in December 2000 is officially wrapping.
Madonna and Guy Ritchie will be granted the first stage of their divorce in London Friday, Nov. 21, 2008.
If all goes accordingly, their divorce could be final in six weeks, ending in 2009.
Ritchie is reportedly not asking for any of Madonna's $450 million, U.K. papers are reporting.
The couple will share custody of their two boys, Rocco, 8, and adopted David, 3, with the two splitting time between New York and London.
Lourdes will stay with Madonna.
The quick settlement comes just over a month since the two publicly announced their split.
