Don\'t go breakin\' my heart: Country singer Taylor Swift sings the National Anthem before the start of game three of the world series between the Tampa Bay Rays and the Philadelphia Phillies EPA/JOHN G. MABANGLO
Don't go lovin' and leavin' Ms. Taylor Swift: She'll pen a song about you.
Country music star Swift, took a break from promoting her newest CD, Fearless, to sit down and express her feelings about the whole Joe Jonas brouhaha.
The 18-year-old declared to Extra, “It’s sort of a personal goal for me to make songs so personal and so obvious, that if all my ex-boyfriends were to sit down and listen to my album, they would figure out which song is about them.”
Is that a warning to all suitors? Swift exclaimed, “Oh, you will get a song about you!”
Swift, who was delivered a break-up text from Joe Jonas, explained her latest single saying, “I wrote a song called Fearless. It’s about the best first date I haven’t had.” Extra host Mario Lopez asked, “Is it because you’ve had a lot of bad first dates? Swift responded, “When I wrote the song, I wasn’t dating anyone. I was completely single.”
When Swift was asked if she was interested in acting, she responded, “Music is always going to be number one for me so it would take a lot to pull me away of course. But if it were something like Grey’s Anatomy, then I would have to.”
As for her ideal co-star, Swift responded with no hesitation, “Chace Crawford.”
“Extra’s” full interview with Taylor Swift airs tonight.
