Adele says nobody understands her accent in America.
The London-born singer admits people in the US find it difficult to hear what she is saying with her strong Cockney accent.
She said: "It's funny because in the States, they don't understand a word I say, so I have to talk really, really slowly. Everyone has to record what I say and then write it down."
Adele also said despite her heavy drinking, she has no concerns that her partying will ever get out of control.
She added: "It never worries me. I only get
*d like any other 20-year-old. If I wanted to lose control, I'd go to a remote village in France and do it!"Anyway, I've stopped drinking now. Well, I drink, but I was getting drunk every night for a while, so now I just have a couple a week."
