Kevin Smith is so fat that he broke a toilet recently.
The 'Zack and Miri Make a Porno' director admits he is so heavy that he is currently destroying everything he sits on.
He said: "I'm really, really fat right now. The fattest I've ever been. I broke a toilet. That's how heavy I am. I can't take all the credit - that was an old toilet and a very waterlogged wall - but my size took that toilet down.
"I cannot cognitively reframe it and be like, 'It wasn't me! It was the toilet.' It was definitely me. And that's a wake-up call!"
Kevin also revealed he is planning to go on a diet after he finishes the promotional events for the new film, starring Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks.
He added to the Los Angeles Times newspaper: "I am going to go on a health sabbatical to get rid of some weight and save my life."
