Let pweople be who they really are!
I'm a free speech advocate, but I don't care for the choice of a person in a noose being used. That said, it would be much different coming from the Dem. Party or being sanctioned by them. This is an individual with a point of view on a political question and choosing to use bad taste to make the point. By the way, as to the point that this would be unacceptable if it were Obama in the noose, that would definitely have to be considered a racial message mixed with the political message and the message would then be the offending item and not the symbols used. There is a clear difference that only someone that was totally insensitive to racial issues would miss!
this issue just might -not sure-take mcain -palin all the way to the whitehouse.
It's a ridiculous double-standard. If an Obama doll in a noose is an act of racism, then this has to be as well.
This is utterly unbelievable. Has our nation gone so far to the left? Our media sure has.
this is not racism this is free speech. she said she didnt approve of gay marriage. a 'gay friendly neighborhood / gay household' hung a noose with sarah palin this guy and his boyfriend. he is probably mad that if elected he and his boyfriend will not get married. thats the difference in this case with racism and free speech
This reinforces the idea that folks on the West coast have questionable principles.
It is embarrassing.
In regards to the comment that they hung her because she came out and said she was against gay marriage, that is true, but Biden also said he was against gay marriage. So once again you left wingers do not have all your information correct. You have been blinded by the light!
There definitely would have been an uproar within the black and democratic communities if this had been a black mannequin. But then, coming from the 'gay' community this kind of violence and intolerance is not surprising, nor is it unusual. Halloween is no excuse either.
Sarah Palin is someone's mother, someone's daughter, and someone's wife. I find it very threatening. And isn't it violence against women? The guys that put it up would be screaming if it was gays being strung up.
