Lindsay Lohan is being sued by the three men who were suddenly along for an unexpected ride in an SUV she drove during a car chase leading to her second DUI arrest last year.
Lohan was described in legal papers as "angry and aggressive" by the men who "felt surprise, shock, fear and panic at Lohan's surprising and sudden act" of commandeering an SUV they were in so she could chase her personal assistant through the streets of Santa Monica, according to their lawsuit.
TMZ.com reports that Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro are seeking unspecified damages in the case, filed in Superior Court in Santa Monica.
No one was injured, but the three were allegedly traumatized by the experience.
"Dante and Jakon continued to implore Lohan to slow down, stating specifically that she was endangering all of their lives and that they could be killed," the lawsuit says. "Lohan refused to slow or stop, but instead responded with abusive cursing and vulgar language, including a statement that she did not care about the risk of death."
The lawsuit states: "She also stated that because she was a celebrity she could do whatever she wants."
Lohan's attorney, Ed McPherson, gave a statement to TMZ.com saying the lawsuit is "absurd....these guys had the night of their lives, playing with the radio and leaving the vehicle at one point and getting back in."
Lohan was sued by the passenger in the car she allegedly chased.
