Ortega / PR PhotosBarker told fans via his blog he was "healing up quickly" and would be out of the hospital "b4 you know it."Friday was when the former Blink-182 drummer was released from Sherman Oaks' Grossman Burn Center, the Los Angeles hospital where he has been receiving treatment since the fatal plane crash that claimed four lives on Sept. 29.The 32-year-old rocker, who has been feuding again with his ex wife will continue his burn treatment at home and has requested privacy from the press.The drummer is expected to fully recover, as is his friend and fellow passenger Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein. Goldstein revealed this week a potentially fatal blood clot was discovered in his leg and was treated.An investigation into the fiery crash, which killed pilot Sarah Lemmon, 31, of Anaheim Hills, Calif.; co-pilot James Bland, 52, of Carlsbad, Calif.; Chris Baker, 29, of Studio City, Calif.; and Charles Still, 25, of Los Angeles is ongoing. Baker was an assistant to Barker and Still was a security guard for the musician.
