03/22/2008 - DJ AM - Perez Hilton's Quinceanera Part 2 - Beverly Wilshire Hotel - Beverly Hills, CA © Tina Gill / PR PhotosThe 35-year-old musician - who suffered second and third-degree burns after the crash last month - revealed doctors discovered a potentially fatal blood clot in a scan that took place during his hospitalization.He said: "In the burn center, they did a scan and found that I had a blood clot that in this flight could have travelled to my heart and I could have died."The DJ, real name Adam Goldstein, believes the clot could have been caused by his frequent long-haul flights.After revealing he currently has nearly two million frequent flier miles, Adam said doctors put him on blood-thinning medication and implanted a filter in his vein to get rid of the clot.Adam added to People magazine: "I have a great deal of faith that everything happens for a reason. I put myself in God's hands."
