Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt plan for more adoptions VIDEO

It was no secret that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were open to expanding their family to old school-sized proportions, as Pitt has joked in previous interviews that he wanted to have enough kids to fill up a football (soccer) team.

Now on NBC's Today show, the couple admitted they are completely open to even more adoption.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt already have six children, but that’s not stopping the couple from looking ahead to another addition to the family.

During an interview with Matt Lauer this Thursday morning on NBC’s “Today” show, the actress said she and Brad are considering adopting another child.

“Soon?” Matt asked Angelina who nodded yes.

Angelina added, “You can’t even start the process until any new children are six months old, to understand how the new family has settled.”

The first child adopted, Maddox, is the big brother of the brood. Angelina said six-year-old son Maddox is “the professional big brother” of the family because “he’s done it so many times.”

“We have so many children that they’re not really stunned anymore when kids come home,” she told Matt. “They’re all at that great age that they are not threatened. They’re independent. They don’t need Mommy and Daddy all the time.”

“So far, we’ve moved them a lot, and they like moving,” Angelina answered questions about the famous family's global mobility.

Angelina confirmed that she and Brad are soul mates. “I met the right person,” she said. “I don’t like being without him.”
