They are more involved than ever. Alex has really missed spending time with Madonna. However, he understands the position Madonna's in."The couple - who were spotted having dinner together earlier this month - have reportedly agreed to keep their romance "discreet" until Madonna and Guy's divorce is finalized.Friends of Madonna insist she did not cheat on Guy and revealed the couple have been living separate lives for the past 12 months.The source added: "Guy is not involved in this equation. With or without A-Rod, Madonna and Guy haven't been 'together' for over a year - they have been privately separated. Madonna, however, wanted to finish her world tour before divorcing."Madonna and A-Rod have both vehemently denied relationship claims in the past.Meanwhile, Madonna made several thinly-veiled references to her relationship woes during her concert in Boston, America, last night.The pop superstar, who was performing at the TD Banknorth Garden arena as part of her 'Sticky and Sweet' world tour, introduced her song 'Miles Away' with a rant about people who struggle to deal with their feelings.Madonna, who previously claimed Guy inspired the track, told the crowd: "This song is for the emotionally retarded. Maybe you know some people who fall into that category. I know I do."Later in the evening when Madonna launched into 'I'm Not Sorry', she screamed to the audience: "That's right, I'm not sorry!"
