Shia LaBeouf does "at least 400 push-ups" before shooting an action scene.

The 22-year-old actor - who reprises his role as Sam Witwicky in 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen', due for release next year - follows a special routine before shooting an action sequence.
He is quoted as saying: "I always do at least 400 push-ups to get pumped up and ready for an action scene. I love it!"
Shia - who can soon be seen in CIA thriller 'Eagle Eye' - recently revealed he has found it difficult to come to terms with his fame, and still can't comprehend it when people recognise him.
He said: "I kind of live in a fishbowl, but what people don't realise is that I'm not the only one. The irony is they say to me, 'I don't know how you can deal with being followed and recorded everywhere you go.' And while they're saying that they may be getting recorded."
