Pink wants an "unconventional, fun, passionate" relationship.
The 29-year-old singer - who split from husband Carey Hart earlier this year - has had enough of commitment, and is determined to enjoy herself.
She said: "I want the out-of-control, unconventional, passionate, fun stuff now. But saying that, I've had two six-year relationships so I can't pretend I'm not the long-term type. Right now, I'm just enjoying being me."
Pink also revealed she would never change herself to please a potential partner.
She added to Britain's Cosmopolitan magazine: "I once dated a man who said he wanted me to be more ladylike. I told him where to stick it! Independence is what makes you special. A lot of people change in relationships. It's as though they mould into the other person's ideal.
"But you lose a big part of yourself and part of the person he fell in love with in the first place. No woman should change to suit a man."
