it's great to see the greatest guitarist in the world finally getting his shit together...i hope his happiness carries over and they keep making records,cus in my opinion, Van Halen is the best rock and roll band ever.

I've met Ed and my brother has performed with him. Regardless of his rock status as a guitar phenom, he is a self absorbed arrogant as@#. By the way, so is Alex. I feel the brother's treatment of Roth, Hagar, and replacement of fellow band member Mike with Eddies own son Wolfgang is hard evidence. By the way, he may have started a guitar revolution, but other players are much better such as Tommie Emanuel, Paul Guiles, and many unkown amatuers. Check out YouTube.

Ed an Al are the creative engines and the rest of these guys are the baggage cars. I realize that is too bad, but that, as I frequently say does not make me wrong.

So, fire up your rig, practice, and do not pray for mercy because only god will show you mercy.
