I wonder if he's thought about the fact that, the fewer who vote, the more valid his vote is...?
Hollywood.....
!
Ah yes. But, if DiCaprio is Democrat, he would probably be more disgusted that you vote Republican, if he is Republican then he would be more disgusted that you vote Democrat.
And, I would assume that if you vote for Nader then DiCaprio would think that is like not voting at all.
Of course, there is always a vote for Mickey Mouse too.
Voting is all about one thing: If you are not in our gang then you are the enemy. Its equivalent to a war and full of hate. Otherwise, we could all just be happy with Bush and vote in McCain and Palin.
..some of that is the most sense you've ever made.
if all this mess in the financial markets this week has not proven that neither party is capable of acting in the best interests of the American people and that the corporations are running both parties, then nothing will
but for those of us who see that both parties suck, then the only way out is to vote third party
so take your pick and let your voice be heard that it is time to break out of this 2 party rigged corpratocracy
Rather than viewing this video with cynicism, I choose to see it as a reminder of our right and privilege to vote. Don't be a hater on Leo, he has a good heart.
In particular, if you are a woman or person of color, we've only had this right for a relatively few years in the grand scheme of things. Let's not take our hard earned rights for granted~ Use them - no matter who you like, hate or disagree with, it's important to have your voice heard.
