The supermodel - who was recently sentenced to 200 hours community service following an air rage incident - says she is trying to stop people's jibes getting to her, but sometimes can't help reacting.
She said: "I have learnt - or I am learning, I should say - not to be provoked. But if someone insults me, I'm still going to defend myself. I don't take racial insults well."
Naomi claims she does regret her actions and will always take responsibility for her mistakes.
She added: "I've done some things that were plainly not right and I take that on the chin 100 per cent. There have been many frustrations but I don't like using excuses. You know, if I did something wrong, I did something wrong - and I'll pay the price for it."
