Money's no problem when rich druggies go into court
Still, theres always Rehab for rich and famous who want to stay out of jail, even after several warnings and with previous convictions.
........If your Poor then its a different story.

Yes it is especially hard to run and quite rude when the other fellow on the other side if the stall's glory hole is His Lordship Sir Elton John, Lord Knight of the Public Toilets.
