The 'Yeah' singer - whose wife Tameka Foster gave birth to the couple's first child Usher Raymond V last November - is surprised by how much parenting has affected him.
He said: "I'm loving fatherhood. Loving every aspect of it. My life improved so much in having a child. I'm very happy. It's a very promising thing to have a child."
However, the singer refused to be drawn on recent rumours he and Tameka are expecting another child.
He would only say: "Everybody's saying that I'm expecting another baby. There's a lot of speculation."
Usher, 29, recently revealed he always intended to have children early in his life.
He said: "I'm so proud to be a father before 30. I'd hate to be 80 years old and not be able to run with my kids. I need to still be able to do flips when they're in high school!"
