Gerard Butler hates being single.
The 'RocknRolla' actor - who has been romantically linked to a string of beautiful actresses including Cameron Diaz and Rosario Dawson - is growing tired of his bachelor lifestyle and yearns to find the right girl to set up home with.
He said: "I enjoy being single less and less, but I'm not going to settle down just because of that. I'm in a bit of an in-between stage. I find playing the field less and less exciting, but I'm still not 100 per cent sure if I want to settle down."
Gerard, 38, finds it amusing that he is reported to be dating any female star who he is seen with.
Speaking about he alleged romance with Cameron, he said: "She's a friend of mine and she is a really special girl. She's amazing. But there's nothing going on. We just happened to be out with a group of people having dinner. Then another night we ran into each other completely by accident.
"Suddenly, people are saying we are together. I'm amazed at how these things spread."
Cameron is currently dating British model Paul Sculfor, whose ex-girlfriend is former 'Friends' actress Jennifer Aniston.
