Johnny Depp played at a charity benefit concert in Pompano Beach, Fla., Friday night.
Along with his bandmates The Kids, formed in 1978 when Depp was a Miramar high school kid, he was joined by girlfriend Vanessa Paradis and their 9-year-old daughter Lily-Rose, who attended the session.
People reported that the charity that benefitted from Depp's largesse was the Dan Marino Foundation. The former Miami Dolphin football player's charity funds programs for children with special needs including the Marino Autism Research Institute.
Marino's 17-year-old son Michael has autism.
At Club Cinema, Depp reportedly dressed down and "blended in" with his band - playing lead electric guitar and singing background vocals on some of the band's original songs, as well as covers of classics like The Ronettes’ "Be My Baby."
