Just because no fun fare is happening in Never land why conclude that he turns a sad 50? He feels so much love and support from his fans and family. He just happens to be more private now and media can't help but continue to make stories about him, albeit sad ones. Any bad news regarding him are just to be taken with a grain of salt.

Wish he had retained the look of his 'Thriller' days. He was sexy and exciting!

this article has many incorrect points. michael was not payed to perform at the WMAs, the music faded out and there was alot of cheering. the whole place was full of mj fans, and there wasnt any boos.

it was also chris BROWN that performed thriller, not chris jones.

what are you, a complete moron! who is 'chris jones'?

Here's hoping that Michael has a wonderful 50th birthday on Friday... with his children & loved ones around - I'm sure he will. I'll be raising a glass in celebration of a man that has given me days, years of happiness through his music xxx
