Jennifer Lopez reveals triathlon goal

Lopez told Good Morning America that a triple goal motivated her to take on the challenge: raising money for the Childrens Hospital of Los Angeles, losing weight and make her children proud. 'It came up when I was eight months pregnant, when I was beached like a whale,' she said. 'I was watching TV, and I saw a triathlon, and I said, 'I think I could do that.' ... Maybe we could raise some money and do something really great.' Lopez said that she trains on a treadmill and stationary bike for about 90 minutes a day, while her pop star husband Marc Anthony looks after the kids. The couple have been taking care of the kids by themselves so far but are now looking for a nanny as Lopez plans to return to work. Lopez acknowledged that the race will be difficult but had no doubt that she would complete it. 'If I have to crawl across that finish line, then I will crawl across that finish line,' she joked. 'It's for the kids.'
