Adam Sandler had to do butt exercises for his new movie.
The US comic star developed a rigorous regime to get his posterior in shape for his nude scenes in 'You Don't Mess with the Zohan'.
Adam joked: "Let me tell you a thing about the a*s muscle. It has a mind of its own. Instead of actual exercises, there was a lot of keeping it tight. My wife would put things in the crack and say, 'Hold on to this and walk around the room'. I did that for an hour and forty minutes a day. I had to do it every day and couldn't eat what I wanted, either. I hated it."
In the movie, Adam plays a Jewish secret service agent who fakes his own death to become a hairdresser in New York.
The role involved some outrageous moments, but Adam found the 'whipped cream' scene the most embarrassing.
He added to Britain's Cosmopolitan magazine: "That scene was the worst. The nice old lady who was meant to be licking the cream off my nipples said, 'I have to do what?' It took, like, four takes - and it tickled!"
'You Don't Mess with the Zohan', which also stars John Turturro and Rob Schneider is released across Europe from August 15.
