Donald Trump has bailed out Ed McMahon in his Beverly Hils real estate quagmire.

The home, according to The Los Angeles Times, will be purchased by Donald Trump, so the strapped TV sidekick can avoid foreclosure and live there.
"I don't know the man, but I grew up watching him on TV," Trump said Thursday. Helping him would "be an honor."
Trump's plan is to lease it to the former Tonight Show performer and his wife, Pamela, who are in arrears on more than $640,000 in payments on a $4.8 million mortgage loan.
Allegedly McMahon's listing agent flew to New York to propose the idea to Trump in person. "When I was at the Wharton School of Business, I'd watch him every night," Trump added. "How could this happen?"
McMahon’s publicist, Howard Bragman, tells “Extra” that although the deal is not final, they are “very optimistic but we don’t have paperwork signed yet – but we are very optimistic.”
McMahon has been sued at least three times over various unpaid loans and legal fees. He has also filed suit against a homeowner he was a guest of where he fell and against Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, as well as his ex insurance company over mold issues in the same home a few years ago.
