The fallout of the car crash that involved "Transformers" star Shia LaBeouf, 22, is reverberating still.

Shia is reportedly recovering from the early morning crash that also injured his "Transformers 2" co-star Isabel Lucas, 23, who was seated next to him in his truck.
She was Adrian Grenier's girlfriend.
Now the Australian film actress, Lucas, was dumped by Grenier according to a source in a People magazine article.
Grenier is the star of the HBO series, "Entourage," while Lucas is currently working on "Transformers 2." The pair were dating for several months.
The insider told People the celebrity couple split up about three weeks ago, shortly after Lucas was involved in a car accident, while riding in a truck driven by her "Transformers 2" co-star Shia LaBeouf.
"It wasn't working out," the source told the magazine. "Adrian saw her with Shia and that was kind of it -- the crash, their hanging out. He obviously didn't appreciate it."
Lucas's publicist confirmed to People that Lucas "is single."
"We're both fine, and Shia's fine as well", said Lucas to Access Hollywood TV.
Shia and Isabel were photographed together while out in Los Angeles on Monday.
