07/15/2008 - Alex Rodriguez - Major League Baseball All Star Game Red Carpet Parade - July 15, 2008 - 6th Avenue - New York City, NY, USA © Mark Dye / PR PhotosA-Rod responded to her first volley of legal divorce papers.According to People, his legal response, filed today, admits the marriage is "irretrievably broken."The baseball star's legal team also mentions that Florida is a "no-fault state," and brings up her prenup which he claims she voluntarily signed a month before the 2002 wedding.A-Rod also denies alleged “extramarital affairs and other marital misconduct."Cynthia wants their $12-million Coral Gables home, the two daughters and a cut of his earnings during the marriage.A-Rod seeks shared custody and parental responsibility for the children's "wealth, health, education and religious upbringing." A-Rod asks the court to determine a fair amount of child support to be paid.

Those prenups should stand up in court. I get tired of hearing someone always trying to break them. They haven't been married long enough for her to get a huge amount of his earnings - for the children - yes!
