London - British soul singer Amy Winehouse, 24, is in hospital again. According to British media reports Monday evening, the singer was brought to a London clinic via ambulance.
Her spokesman, Chris Winehouse, said the five-time Grammy winner had a bad reaction to medication and was being brought for treatment to the University College Hospital.
The artist (Back to Black, Rehab,) has been in constant turmoil, with reports of her battle with drugs and a history of bulimia.
She was treated for a lung disease, emphysema, just recently, media reports said.
A hospital spokesperson said that Winehouse will spend the night at the hospital. Her father was with her. On Tuesday morning, the doctors would decide whether she may return home.
Last week, her husband, Blake Fielder Civil, 26, was sentenced to 27 months in prison for trial-fixing to avoid jail and for beating up a former pub landlord.
Winehouse, who had made a point of attending her husband's court hearings, was not present when sentence was passed.
