Calabasas, California retailer and younger sister to sex tape star Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian is heading to jail this week to start her 30-day sentence for probation violation.
Her probation violation is over a Driving Under the Influence charge she got in March 2007. Khloe's publicist released a statement Monday, "Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved."
Co-owner of the Calabasas "Dash" and "Smooch" boutique was sentenced on August 27 to 36 months of probation and community service and she was also ordered to complete an alcohol-education program, after pleading no contest to DUI on March 4 last year.
So far no classes have been completed.
She was ordered to turn herself in on July 18 and to attend alcohol class within 21 days of her release.
Kardashian appears on the E! reality TV series, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."
