Our thirst for a more spiritually connected universe is being manipulated by hucksters at the KABBALAH CENTRE and THE CHURCH OF SCIENTOLOGY. Marketing spirituality in a bottle (red string, kabbalah water, and energy drinks) and getting celebrity spokespeople to do your bidding is one way of building a following. Cynthia Rodriguez, a woman who is greek orthodox by birth, has alleged that the real basis of Madonna & A-Rod's relationship is one to brainwash him into giving his prodigous wealth to the Kabbalah Centre. The Kabbalah Centre by targets the most popular, well known, wealthy members of our Society. But in finding such well known adherents of their 'faith' are the masses are somehow to be persuaded that this movement is anything but a CULT? Is the Kabbalah Centre's Faux Spirituality a wave of the future or a mere aberration? Is this the Spiritual evolution that Americans are seeking or are hucksters selling a diluted brand of Complex Jewish Mysticism that cannot be diluted into red string, Kabbalah water and energy drinks? Consider this: If the face of your movement in America (Madonna) has no moral code of honor and operates in a manner to lure new affluent members by methods which include disrupting troubled marriages, then the teachings of such a cult and their leaders method of fund raising must be condemned. One wonders why should any such movement has any rational followers to begin with? Even more so why they are given 501 (c) (3) tax exempt status. We as Americans are paying for the tax exempt status of CULTS. GOOGLE: The Ross Institute, Kabbalah, Cult

All religions are cults. Each and every single one of them. Some are more socially acceptable. Good bye!

Yes all religions are cults, but we already knew that. Of course some are worse than others as we all know. In her defense, I have never heard of anyone in Madonna's cult causing harm to anyone. (With the obvious exception of children brought up in such a household.)

Religion can be a 'cult' but then so can athiesm, there are fanatical athiests just like other groups, who believe everyone else is inferior and wish to force their will on everyone else. 'Social Darwinism', Lenin and Stalin USSR, Mao China are examples of athiests at times forcing will on others. With some forms of social darwinism, 'survival of the fittest/best' in social setting, also at times called negative eugenics, it was ok for the 'strong' to dominate the weak and stop them from breeding or even kill them. While some religions called blacks cursed race, some athiests called them inferior... ape->black man->white man. *** If you look at internet today you will find lots of rabid athiests, just as you find rabid religionists, who talk about taking away the rights of others, label everyone else as evil, etc. Been going on for a long time, eg Isaac Newton argues against athiests in his writings.

The problem with London's remarks about the Kabbalah and Scientology is that the same criticisms can be easily lodged against Christianity. Christians murdered hundreds, perhaps thousands during the Crusades. The Roman Catholic Church endorsed the torture of Sephardic Jews during the Inquisition. When Christians landed in the Americas, they somehow managed to look the other way when Native Americans were murdered and Africans were kidnapped and sold into slavery. Southern Christians even used the Bible to justify the despicable practice of owning a human being. If you're looking for more recent transgressions, one only needs to review the role being played by conservative Christians in the Iraq War. How dare Christians call Muslims a violent creed while our men and women occupy Iraq and murder scores of innocent Iraqis. If London is a Christian, then surely he is the 'kettle calling the pot black.'

Honestly, somewhat of an odd situation. But I guess in actuality, these sort of things happen everyday to everyday people. This whole thing brings up this interesting point that these things do happen to everyone, but let\'s face it they aren\'t the most comfortable things to talk about over lunch with the girls or at the bar with the boys. Often times there isn’t a place to go to find people who really “get it” and understand what you’re going through. Additionally, it’s often hard to talk about how you really feel or what’s really going on with your friends and family for tons of reasons, including fear of judgment and embarrassment. I recommend checking out ExperienceProject.com and the Divorce Experience Group. The best thing is, it’s an anonymous site, so you can feel comfortable and secure in sharing your story with others. It’s made up of people who “get it” helping each other move through these difficult times.

Just because you're a good athlete, doesn't mean there is any intelligence there. They are given waaay too much credit just because they can play a game.

When Madonna adopted that little boy, she was just copying Angelina Jolie. Now just LOOK at this mess she has brought the child into!? Not to mention the damaging effects on her other children. She really thought she was entitled to live the filthy life (kissing women, sex books, nasty old dennis rodman, etc) and that it would NOT come back upon her. Well here it is! courtesy of Herself!
