Actually, Moranis has retired from acting because of the passing of his wife and has lost the desire to be in the entertainment business.

He has made only one exception by reuniting with Dave Thomas to celebrate the '24' Anniversary of Bob & Doug McKenzie.

i'm glad you clarified that...i was going to. saying he made a lot of money and wanted to retire is a lot more douchebaggy than, retiring to take care of your kids after your wife passes. what, does he owe us something?

Sorry to hear about his wife, but a voice acting job isn't all that demanding. He could literally phone it in.
