Spitzer's hooker drops lawsuit against Joe Francis

Ashley Dupre, the pricey hooker that blew up Eliot Spitzer's political career has dropped her lawsuit against the beleaguered Joe Francis, of Girls Gone Wild fame.
Dupre, who was the call girl that Eliot Spitzer frequently visited, has dropped a lawsuit after video evidence proved her claim false.
The suit originated from her claim that Francis and GGW had used her name and likeness to sell its product.
She claimed that she was tricked into signing the consent form for the company.
Francis had videotaped evidence that showed Dupre completely understood what she signed.
As a result, Dupre has dropped the suit.
