Tori Spelling's sweet baby Stella

Tori Spelling gave birth to a girl yesterday (09.06.08).
The former 'Beverley Hills 90210' actress - who already has a one-year-old son with husband Dean McDermott - welcomed daughter Stella Doreen into the world at 3.13 pm at Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Stella weighed 6lbs 8oz and was almost 20 inches long, revealed Tori's representative, who added: "She's here! She's a healthy baby girl. Tori and baby are resting comfortably."
Tori previously revealed she was desperate to add a daughter to her family.
She said: "I've always wanted a little girl since I'm such a girly girly. I immediately started crying. I couldn't believe it. I have my beautiful little boy and now I'll have my little girl! It's amazing."
Dean, who has a nine-year-old son Jack from his previous marriage, added he wasn't feeling as worried about the arrival.
He said: "You're a little more laid-back with your second child. You're not as anxious. You're not as frightened. They trip and fall, and you're a little more laidback about it and realise they don't break."
