I wondered at the time how these tapes were permitted to be made public and didn't think it seemed right.

Yea since when have they ever released a conversation from jail to TMZ and the news before? They can claim its public information made from a jail cell, but this was just flat wrong.

TMZ requested the recordings from the sherrif's office and was granted same, which is legal. The reason other inmates's calls were not requested is because their calls are not from egomaniac idiots, people wanting their names and faces in the public view, and just plain a**holes like the Hogans (Bollea) or whatever they like to be called. Poor little Nicky was such a ladie's man and big short before this all happened, but his true colors have come out. He is just the little spoiled boy we all knew he was and is being babied by Mommy. Who is, I might add, the biggest phony I have ever seen. What a dipstick. The whole family sure make a bad name for blonds. Oh, I guess they are not blond by nature. Bleached is the proper word. Fed up with this pathetic bunch of rich bastards who think they are better than anyone else. Maybe now, they will realize how the rest of the world operates outside their world of bright lights and pretension.

Seriously, why don't they keep their god damn mouths shut if they don't want the public to criticize them? There is a world out there besides their pretend atmosphere. If they could only get a bit of a taste of it maybe they would be a little more sympathetic for the victims in this circumstance. I wish someone could help them (the Hickster, his wife Looney Linda, his daughter Tone Deaf and son Baby Wuss) see how the rest of us live.
