Christina Aguilera shares weight loss secrets, motherhood tips

Christina Aguilera has bounced back from her pregnancy and has a bouncing baby boy to enjoy, along with her husband, music producer Jordan Bratman.
The four-octave singing sensation and new mother spoke to Extra after her first performance since giving birth to son, Max.
“Motherhood comes very naturally to me…I think a whole new confidence comes with being a mother. I feel very confident and very sexy as a mother.”
Aguilera revealed how she lost 40 pounds of baby weight saying, “I do some cardio. I do some weights. I do some boxing.”
As to whether Aguilera plans to have more kids, she exclaimed, “Oh, eventually, yes! Yes, absolutely. Absolutely.”

It is great that Ms. Aguilera reveals that she lost the baby weight through boxing, cardio and weight training... but it would totally rock if she told us just how her workout was designed. Wouldn't it help us mamas? Share girl, share!
