Moore / PR PhotosNow Murray and his wife are divorcing, according to TMZ.com.Married ten years, Jennifer Butler Murray claims Murray is a "sex and drug addict," who abandoned her, "cheated and physically abused her."TMZ unearthed the court documents in a Charleston, S.C. family court, near where the Murrays have a home.The Charleston Post & Courier reports that Jennifer requested a restraining order that will keep Bill away.Also on the table is an analysis of the validity of the couple's pre-nuptial.Additional court paperwork claims Jennifer and their four children left the family home in 2006 due to Bill's "adultery, addiction to marijuana and alcohol, abusive behavior, physical abuse, sexual addictions and frequent abandonment." She also claims assault charges, saying he struck her in the face and then told her she was 'lucky he didn't kill her' " several times during the union.

The alligations could well be true because people usually have two sides - especially actors - their public side and their private side. What you see isn't always the true character - sad at any rate.
